  1. 12:55 (BS: 205)- Time is irrelevant because I did the WOD at school and ran on a flat, indoor track.

  2. 4 full rounds of:
    8 kettle swings 26#
    10 box jumps 16in
    12 ab sit ups
    …and 8 kb swings and 6 box jumps in 7 mins time
