  1. All regular schedule classes will be cancelled this afternoon. We will have open gym from 3:30 to 5:00pm. Please be wise in making decisions about road conditions. Please check for updates on morning classes for Wednesday. Stay warm and be safe!!

  3. Modified the whole WOD due to shoulder pain and knee pain. Did some work and poured some sweat! Thanks Coach for modifying and helping me get in a good workout!
