“Fran” – Tabata Style
Tabata is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds or 4 minutes. Counting your reps each round where your lowest number of reps is your score.
You will alternate between tabata rounds of:
Thrusters (95#/65#)
Pullups
thrusters 65lbs 7 and Pullups 11
Thrusters 45lbs 5 reps and Pullups 14
65lb Thrusters- 7/Pullups- 12
