    Today is a year since starting CF Murphy….
    Never had picked up a barbell in my life, never seen a kettle bell, Cory had to show me what a burpee was, and I jumped in without taking the beginners class. I remember thinking Erik was speaking a foreign language forever!
    Thanks CF Murphy for not making too much fun of me…haha and getting me where I am today. 🙂
