In response to the video and Erik’s question…

    WHY DO I CROSSFIT????
I crossfit because it is the most complete exercise program I have ever participated in. It is excites me that each day I enter the gym, I am improving my physical, emotional, and psychological well being. Aside from seeing personal growth and improvement, I love the fact that I can interact and compete with other athletes who also seek their own physical goals. In high school and in college when the weight room was mandatory, I had no desire to lift. But now, at this stage in my life, seeing the long term affects of exercising and dieting, when I step in the gym, a beast comes alive and his motto is simply to “BRING IT.”
