    WOD 1 full + 108 singles I let the one arm snatches intimidate me.

  4. Modified wod today – double unders 100 – 80 -60 -40 – 20 -10
    Ladder – KTE and 53lb KB
    Perform double unders within minute, during the next minute perform a ladder of KTE and KB until minute over, then continue with double unders
