150 Push Ups (de-load)
Everytime you stop and rest with your chest on the ground this constitutes a penalty. If a penalty is counted, you must immediately perform 3 deadlifts at 55-65% of one RM . Once the penalty is completed continue with the push ups.
You can rest in a pike position (the top of a push up) but once you can not do push ups any longer and need to rest on the ground, a penalty is counted.

Today, Thursday, May 30 CrossFit Murphy will be hosting our Regional Fundraiser Dinner at Doyle’s at 6:30 pm. Tickets are $25 for Dinner and entertainment. If you have not purchased a ticket please do so prior to Thursday.
The raffle for the 1 year unlimited membership to CrossFit Murphy will be announced Wednesday, June 5th. Tickets are $20 each. All proceeds will go to help travel expenses for the CrossFit Murphy Regional Team.
CrossFit Murphy will be closed Thursday, June 6th-Sunday, June 10th for the Mid Atlantic Regional Competition.
