150 Push Ups (de-load)
Everytime you stop and rest with your chest on the ground this constitutes a penalty. If a penalty is counted, you must immediately perform 3 deadlifts at 55-65% of one RM . Once the penalty is completed continue with the push ups.
You can rest in a pike position (the top of a push up) but once you can not do push ups any longer and need to rest on the ground, a penalty is counted.

Today, Thursday, May 30 CrossFit Murphy will be hosting our Regional Fundraiser Dinner at Doyle’s at 6:30 pm. Tickets are $25 for Dinner and entertainment. If you have not purchased a ticket please do so prior to Thursday.
The raffle for the 1 year unlimited membership to CrossFit Murphy will be announced Wednesday, June 5th. Tickets are $20 each. All proceeds will go to help travel expenses for the CrossFit Murphy Regional Team.
CrossFit Murphy will be closed Thursday, June 6th-Sunday, June 10th for the Mid Atlantic Regional Competition.

As some of you know my family is moving back to Concord this weekend. With that being said I still have an obligation for a leadership conference in Murphy next week. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a place to stay any or all of next week (Sunday evening to Thursday evening). Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks to everyone for everything you have done to help my wife and I be apart of the crossfit family.
