Thursday Schedule: There will be no 6:15 class today.  Sorry for the incovenience. 
6:00-7:00am CrossFit WOD (open gym)
4:15-5:15 CrossFit WOD
5:15-6:15 CrossFit WOD
6:15-7:15 No Class

Memorial Day Schedule-We will only have one class Memorial Day Holiday at 9:00 am.  This will be an open gym class where coaches will be participating in the WOD.
