    DB bench- 3×15-45, 50, 60 1×8-70
    Row-1:04, 1:02, 1:02, 1:01, 1:05

  2. 3 full + 6 rx’d
    3 full + 3 w/KB because hands were so ripped from kte yesterday…. yuck
    DB bench 15@20/10@25/10@25
    Row 1:11/1:16

  3. WOD: 3 push-ups short of 8 full (scaled 7 pull-ups per round, no band)
    Row: Low 1:01, High 1:14
    DBBP: 19 reps@40lb, 14@50lb, 12@50lb
    Good Day!

  4. WOD – Sub 10 KBS (70#)/200M run (backward out/forward back)-5 full + 8 KBS
    Row – 1:03/1:05/1:10/1:08/1:08
    DBBP – 4 x 10 (35#) (careful w/shoulder)

  5. 7 FULL (last round of PU’s turned into KB’s when hands ripped)
    ROW low=0:57 and high=1:01
    DBBP 25(40)/10(50)/12(50)

  6. WOD – Sub 10 KBS (35#)/200M run (backward out/forward back)-6 full + 10 KBS
    Row – 1:05-1:08
    DBBP – 3 x 15 20lbs
