    Thanks Ray & Hope for running twice!

    EMOM for 10 min. for distance
    Row 1 min. (2.2K total) Alternate with partner (Sarah and I)

    7×7 box jumps 20″. Alternate with partner (Sarah and I)

  3. 5:30 class– 7x 200m
    6:30 class– 5 or 6 x 200m cannot recall for sure
    Only played ultimate frisbee at 5:30 class.
