Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of the following rep scheme:
3 Thrusters(100/65)
3 Chest to bar Pull-ups 
6 Thrusters(100/65)
6 Chest to bar Pull-ups 
9 Thrusters(100/65)
9 Chest to bar Pull-ups 
12 Thrusters(100/65)
12 Chest to bar Pull-ups
15 Thrusters(100/65)
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups 
18 Thrusters(100/65)
18 Chest to bar Pull-ups 
21 Thrusters(100/65)
21 Chest to bar Pull-ups…

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc.

Post rounds and reps completed to comments and/or register and submit your results as part of the CrossFit Games Open.

Cash out-In teams of two complete:

200 M Run (each)
10 Power Cleans (each at 80% of 1 rep max)
200 M barbell carry with heaviest of team members power clean weight
200 M Run (each)
400 M partner fireman’s carry(200 M each-every time you switch before 200 M equals 10 burpees each/KB Farmers Carry (70/53)

11:00 No Intro Class
