Friday Schedule:

5:15-6:15 No Class
6:00-? CrossFit Games Week 2 WOD

What are you eating?  We had a great Paleo Challenge and saw great results in all aspects of our lives, especially how we feel.  We focus everyday on how our WODs turn out, but are we focused on our diet.  Your performance is a direct correlation of what fuel you take in.  WODs are measurable, observable, and repeatable.  We score and compare our scores each day to our previous WODs and to each other.  You can see that your hard work is paying off when your times improve your you set a new personal best.  Is the same thing happening with your diet?  You must have a plan for your nutrition.  What plan are you following?  Zone?  Paleo?  Just surviving?  Nutrition is the foundation of our success.  You must have a plan.  You must have a direction.  If you do not have a destination, you may end up in the wrong place.
