400 M Run
Between each run perform 3 rounds of:
5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
15 Air squat
AMRAP in 20 minutes.
30 Double unders
15 Power Snatches
3 rounds for time
CrossFit Murphy will be performing the week 1 CrossFit Games Open WOD this Saturday, March 19th at 9:00am. Rx’d or scaled, we will all get in on the action. We will be doing the Games WOD at a different time next week due to scheduling conflict. Times TBA. This is a GREAT oppotunity for us all to get together each week. Everyone can get in on the WOD as Rx’d this week. Check out the WOD here. See you Saturday at the CrossFit Murphy Open!!
Register as an athlete
1. Go to: https://games.crossfit.com/
2. Click “Register”
3. Click “Register as an Athlete”
4. Enter your email address, create a password, check the boxes, and click “sign up”
5. Enter your billing info. (the whole season costs $10) and click “review order”
6. Make sure everything is correct and click “submit order”
7. You may upload a photo.
8. Click “Athletes and Teams” near the top right and select “Find Teams”
9. Search “CrossFit Murphy” and then select “Join”
10. You are in. 3-2-1-GO!!!
