“Game Day One”
As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
6 Deadlifts (135/95)
9 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
12 Box Jumps (24/20)
Skill: Toes to Bar Ladder 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 alternating with a partner
Each week leading up to the Open we will have one “Game Day WOD” that will be an Open style workout.
