The CrossFit Games Open give everyone the opportunity to compete head to head against the most fit men and women in the world.  Our tentative plan at CrossFit Murphy is to perform the Open WOD every Thursday during regularly scheduled WOD times.  The only change is that the 5:30 WOD will become open gym where coaches will be participating in the WOD.  Get Your Mind Right!

  1. Totally unpredictable for the opening wod. Drive by Crossfit Murphy tomorrow night about 5:15 and watch about 50 people act like they have Tourettes syndrome……and then they puke!

    It is 2:23 pm and it just hit me that in 2+ hours I will be doing 3 digit burpees. I am scared. In fact, I have knots in my stomach as I type. 148 is the number to beat. GET YOUR MIND RIGHT!!!
