    10 TTB (did kte)
    20 double unders
    (2 full + 10 + 10 +5)
    Rounds were terrible but I did do double unders…first time during a wod!)

  2. Invented by the North Korean Spa and Resort camp #1, perfected in Siberian work camps, called by the Chinese the next best thing to water torture, what is this device? It makes grown men cry for their mamma (me),many puke in short order, all lay flat of their backs afterwards gasping for air, lungs on fire, legs on fire, calves cramping, strained, even torn. Lovingly administered by Box’s everywhere by concerned Crossfit coaches…….what is this device that causes some to skip a workout altogether? It could only be one thing.

    THE PROWLER!!!!!

    Thanks to Ray’s experimentation this morning we had the pleasure of doing 6 rounds instead of 5. I don’t like doing the prowler with Ray and Zach, you have to push too many times in that 3 minutes! I hope I can walk tomorrow.
