    WOD – 125lbs then I went up to 130lbs after WOD and then thought that felt so good lets go up to 135lb, but I had to move a box out of my way. Went to move the box, pulled one of my many butt(shelf) muscles, now icing my shelf and eating ibuprofen for dinner. Gotta love getting old!
