Goblet Squats
One Arm/One Leg KB Deadlift

500 M Row

For time:

Start and finish with a 500 M Row. 

Do you have a favorite workout? How about a least favorite?  Which one should you do more often? 

Answer: Work on them both.  More is to be gained from working our weaknesses that working our strengths.
