We are entering the Christmas season at a rapid pace. People have already hit the stores the day of Thanksgiving and caused many people to miss time with their families because employers are trying to pull their stores out of the red. Shopping is something either you love or hate. The idea of buying that gift for someone to show them how much you love them is awesome. But, biting, kicking, knocking down people to save a few buck is a little absurd and not what this time of the year should be about. We lose sight of the birth of Jesus Christ. Who came to this earth to die for our sins so that we may have eternal life. So if you want to get excited about something. Tell someone there is a gift they can have, for free!!! At no cost to them because Jesus paid the price on the cross. No one can ever take it away from them. Make an attempt to tell someone about Jesus at Christmas time. Remember this is a season of love, not to push and shove!
“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal.”But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
