For time:

150 True Push Ups

Everytime you have failure in the push up constitutes a penalty.  If a penalty is counted, you must immediately perform a 200 M run . Once the penalty is completed continue with the push ups.

1) KB Bench Press 4 x 10

2) 5 rounds not for time of:

15 Banded Face Pulls
15 Banded Tricep Extensions
30 Seconds rest between each round
