Complete 4 rounds of:
Minute 1- 200 M Run
Minute 2- 8 Overhead Squats
Minute 3- 14 Weighted Box Step Ups (24/20…50/35)
Minute 4- Rest
*Athletes will use 1 DB for box step ups and may swap arms as necessary. DB may rest on shoulder or be held at side, but only one hand may be touching the DB.
1) Devote 20 minutes to GOAT WORK (or ROMWOD if your GOAT is mobility or you just need to ROMWOD)…your choice today.
