    1st pass 45 + 2 25 plates, note to self dont do that again
    2nd pass 45 & 25 plate
    3rd pass 45 plate
    4th & 5th pass 25 lb plate
    completely busted and quit to lick my wounds while i could still walk

    1st pass 1-45 + 2-25
    2nd pass 1-45 + 1-25
    3rd pass 1-45 (see the trend)
    4th pass 1-25
    5th pass NO WEIGHT just the sled
    No sixth pass. While Shawn was licking his wounds i had to go, well you’ll see what the prowler did to me later (stay tuned).

  3. By all these stories and phrases like “vomit comet” and “licking my wounds” and “holy cow!”… I am not feeling so guilty about being in Cherokee at a volleyball game and not being able to make it back in time.:)
