"Iron Sharpens Iron"

CFM has been part of my life now for over 8 years. In those 8 years, I’ve gotten stronger, lost weight, learned healthy eating habits, gotten off prescription meds, and gained a family of some of the best people I know. I can always find a kind word after a bad day at work, get encouragement during a miserable WOD, or get a call or text checking on me if I don’t show up.
And it’s not just me. I’ve seen a lot of people come in 8 years, and it’s amazing to see the changes happen. Whether athlete or soccer mom, young or old, healthy or unhealthy, if they give it a chance and trust the process, those changes always happen. As a person’s health improves, so does their attitude and self-confidence. And this family that I now have becomes theirs too.
CFM is also now a Faith RXD chapter, and I’ve been given the opportunity to work with this awesome team. CFM has always been about God/Family/CrossFit, and this team now serves as the hands and feet of Jesus to serve CFM members, their families, and our community.
It’s great to spend time with and feel the love of your family. It’s great to go to the gym and get healthier and stronger. It’s also great to spend time with and serve God. I feel very blessed to have found all three in one place, and to be part of such a great family. Proverbs 27:17
