Have you ever heard of a child-like faith? What do you think it means? Well if you have children or are around them long enough you will find out that kids are pretty straight forward. They are honest and speak their mind. Like little sponges soaking up information, eager to learn new things. Why, as adults we think we know everything. We are to be like children eager to learn and soak up the knowledge of the Word and apply it to our life. Don’t analyze and apply your principals to the truth of God’s word. Take it for what it is and believe like a child.
People were bringing little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them. When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them.
