40 One Arm KB Power Snatches (53/35)
20 Push Presses (135/95)
As many muscle ups as possible in the time remaining

Front Squat 2-2-2-2-2-2-2 (Rest 60 seconds between each set)
Glute Ham Raises 10-10-10

    500 m Row + 40 kb snatches+20 PP+13 muscle ups=500 M + 73 reps
    Clean 315 (PR)

    500 m Row + 40 kb snatches + 20 pistols (not push press) 34 chin ups ( not muscle ups) = 500m row and 94 reps
    clean 130 PR finally

    500 m row + 40 25 lb DB snatches + 20 45 lb push press + 4 20 lb DB push press equals 50 m row and 64 reps. Cleaned 90 lbs……..finally!
