As many muscle ups as possible in the time remaining

  1. 500 m Row + 40 kb snatches + 20 pistols (not push press) 34 chin ups ( not muscle ups) = 500m row and 94 reps
    clean 130 PR finally

  2. 500 m row + 40 25 lb DB snatches + 20 45 lb push press + 4 20 lb DB push press equals 50 m row and 64 reps. Cleaned 90 lbs……..finally!

  3. 500m row + 40 KB snatches (20 lbs) + 20 Push Press (55 lbs) + 11 chin ups
    Clean @ 95 lbs
    Front Squat @ 115 lbs
