Saturday 8.20.11

“Blind Date”

Don’t know what you get until you show up!

Each Saturday during August will be “Bring a Friend Day”.  We will run a normal Saturday schedule except you can bring your friends to the WOD.  This will be a free class and will not require a drop in rate.

    15 wb-50 jump rope. as many rds possible in 10 minutes.
    i got six rounds with 20# wb
