Teams of two complete max meters in 10 minutes of:
Swim 25 M (Rotate every 25 meters)
Rest 3 minutes then…
Teams of two complete as many rounds and reps in 12 minutes of:
5 Deep End Muscle Ups
10 Push Ups (deload)
15 Air Squats
Partners will alternate movements to complete each round. Partner 1 performs 5 Deep End Muscle Ups…Partner 2 performs 10 Push Ups (deload)… Partner 1 performs 15 Air Squats (1 round complete).
There will not be morning classes at CFM. Please plan to join us from 5-7PM at the pool in Murphy for the CFM Family Night. Whether you plan to use your fitness during the swim workout or just spend time at the pool with your CFM family, we hope to see you there. Plan to bring your own drinks/snacks, towel, change of clothes. Warmup for the partner swim workout will begin at 5:15PM. Please check comments on this post (or your email) for updates in case weather is poor and we have to reschedule the CFM Family Night. If we need to cancel, we will post/email around 3:45PM to let you know.
