“Tabata This!”

Tabata Row
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Squat
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Pull-up
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Push-up
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Sit-up

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Unit for the row is “calories”.

Post Tabata score for each exercise to comments and total for final score. 
Example: 10, 22, 9, 15, 15 = 71

Compare to 2.12.11

Strenth: Clean 1-1-1-1-1 @ 90%
Clean Pulls 3-3-3-3-3 @ 100%

    Push Ups- 12
    Sit Ups- 13
    Rowing- 57
    Air Squats- 13

    Tabata Total- 105

  2. sorry morning class we did total row calories instead of lowest rounds…. my total was 94 my total the other way is 47 or 49 I can’t remember exact numbers. My row was 5 or 6.

  3. Squats: 16
    Pull Ups: 6
    Push UPs: 11
    Sit Ups: 11
    Row: 38 Total (4 lowest round)

    Total lowest Rounds: 48, Grand Total including all cals rowed: 82

  4. Push-ups – 13
    Sit-ups – 13
    Row – 5
    Squats – 14
    Pull-ups – 6

    51 total – 2 less than last time. I guess I paced myself and did not go hard enough.

  5. Total was 103, if we took out the total number of rowing I would have had the number 59. 2 above my last time.
