Sprint 20 yards–40 yards–20 yards shuttle (MHS)

Rest 45 seconds between rounds.

Post fastest and slowest round to comments.

1) 8 rounds of:

3 Bench Press reps
Perform 7 Chin Ups between each set

    SWOD – Sub 8 Air Squats for 3 BP/Green & Purple band on Chin-ups
