5 minutes of Row for calories
4 minutes of  Handstand Push Ups for reps
3 minutes of Box Jumps (24/20) for reps
2 minutes of Sledge Hammer Strikes for reps
1 minute of  Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75/55) for reps

Memorial Day Schedule:
10:00am-CrossFit WOD (Open Gym-Coaches participating in the WOD)
There will be no other classes Memorial Day
