Back squat 10,000lbs. 
then..
Deadlift 10,000lbs.

In teams of 2, choose your weight load and rep count and take turns until you have completed the number of lifts needed to equal 10,000lbs for men/6000lbs for women for back squat and then repeat for deadlift.

    Back Squat-53 reps 125lbs and 105 lbs
    Deadlifts-35 reps 175lbs

    I FINALLY JUMPED A BOX! Then I put a 25lb plate on box and jumped it! 🙂
