Saturday Schedule:

9:00 am-Meet at gym for stretch and then Learn and Play New Sports.  (Just like World Class Fitness says right beside the WOD everyday)

Why do you CrossFit?  Everyone trains for different reasons.  Some train for the competition like the CrossFit Games or the competion between each other in the gym.  Others train to lose weight or possibly look better for the summer.  Most all have in common training to improve their own personal health.  When I started taking exercise more seriously several years ago, my reason was better health.  I wanted to be the dad who at the age of 40 was out actively playing with his kids, not sitting and watching his kids play.  CrossFit becomes a part of who we are.  With the right nutrition and exercise, we have the opportunity not only to live life, but to LIVE LIFE BETTER.  I have to constantly remind myself of these things.  Be thankful of every opportunity we have to celebrate life.  Life can change in an instant.  Cherish your health.  Don’t take it for granted.  Take advantage of your health so that you can live life to the fullest.  ~ Erik Laney
