30 Snatches (75/45)
30 Burpees
30 Snatches (135/75)
20 Burpees
30 Snatches (165/100)
10 Burpees
As many reps as possible in time remaining of Snatches (210/120)

or….

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes perform:

Even minutes: 5 Hang Squat Cleans
Odd minutes: 15 Box Jump on and Overs (30/24)

Rest 5 minutes….

For time:

Row 1000 M
20 Bench Press reps (185/105)
30 Dips
10 Bench Press reps (185/105)
