Teams of 2 complete the following:

As many rounds and reps as possible alternating with a partner in 12 minutes of:

1 Power Snatch
2 Power Snatches
3 Power Snatches
4 Power Snatches
5 Power Snatches
Each partner complete 30 Double Unders to complete each round

Only one partner working at a time to complete Power Snatches.  Both partners complete 30 Double Unders to complete each round.

1) As many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

5 Bench Press reps
5 Strict Pull Ups (must break between every repetition)
