Teams of 2 complete as many rounds and reps as possible alternating in 14 minutes of:

Row (15/12 Cals)
12 DB One Arm Snatches (50/35…alternating)
12 Push Presses (115/80)

Partners will alternate movements to complete each round. Partner Rows (cals)…Partner 2 performs 12 DB One Arm Snatches…Partners 1 performs 12 Push Presses (1 round complete). Continue this pattern for 14 minutes.
