Saturday 11.9.13

“Team WOD”

Max unbroken reps in 5 minutes of each of the following:

-Push Jerks (135/95)
-100 M Run (20/14 med ball)
-Push Ups (de-load)
-KB Ab Twist (only working while partner holds plank hold)
–Hand Walk 40 feet (switch every 40 feet)
Rest 1 minute between movements

Post total reps as a team to comments.

One partner will go max unbroken reps.  Partners will switch at any rep scheme they choose.

    100m run 9 1/2 (14 & 6)
    Deloads 125
    KB 190 (1/2 w/ 26#, 1/2 with none)
    Handwalk 6, bearcrawl 6
    Maybe she’ll come back Monday! It was her first Crossfit experience! Fun day;-)
