As many rounds and reps as possible in 16 minutes of:
400 M Row/Run
8 DBall Cleans (AHAP)
8 DBall Squats (AHAP)
1) Devote 15 minutes to GOAT work
-If you are participating in the OPEN, and weren’t able to complete the workout on Friday then please do so on Saturday morning at 9AM. If you still need to pay your $20 CFM IN HOUSE OPEN registration fee, please give it to your coach today.
-There will be NO BARBELL CLASS on Saturday, October 26th. We hope you can come out to Crawdaddy CrossFit in Blairsville, GA to support the CFM athletes that will be competing.
