For time:

Every time you touch the plates to the ground count it as a penalty.  Each penalty will count a 3 burpees upon completion of the workout.

  1. 22:41 (25lb plates, 26KB). 20 plate put downs so I rowed for 60 calories
    FS: 95/95/95 x 5 then 105 x 3

    It was a funny sight to see every person resting their plates at the same
    Time in the pouring rain. Very proud!
