    Power Cleans 3 unbroken reps EMOM for 8 minutes at 135lbs

    AMRAP IN 2 minutes of each with 1 minute rest between each movement:
    Box Jumps 47
    KB Swings (44lb) 57
    DL (155lb) 28
    Double Unders 147
