200 lbs for the first 8 rounds and then 205 for the last 2 rounds
6 rounds and 7 KB swings ( started with 53, but after the first round went down to 35lbs)

205 lbs all Dead Lift rounds.
4 full rounds, 15 KB swings and a few more squats (53 lb bell on first round then 35 lbs).
9:25 (I think) on the Virtual Shovel and De-Load PU’s.
