I am so excited for PENNY – YAY I wish I would’ve been there to see it! Ok, so why is Eric the only one not smiling, is he mad cuz the guy below him has prettier socks on then he does?
So I went to Crossfit Asheville today. Here is what we did today
behind the head push press 4 reps – only did 55lbs cuz of arm, rest 2 minutes then DL 2-3 reps at 205 (5 rounds)
3 rounds of:
30seconds of ring dips
rest 30 seconds
30s of slammers ( those green balls that don’t bounce – I liked them)
rest 30 seconds
then 30s of situps
I miss you all!
Is the being bald a prerequisite to be in that picture?
