10 rounds not for time of:
2 Snatches (must reset between each rep)
20 Double Unders
Complete 10 sets with the load increasing every set. Immediately perform 20 Double Unders after each set of snatches. There is no time component for the workout. Rest as long as needed between sets, but load must increase every set.
-Bring a Friend Day will be Thursday, September 19th. This will be a free class for our friends and they are welcome to join any class on Thursday.

Once you register, you will need to download the Wodify Rise app. We will have a nutrition seminar discussing everything you need to know on October 5th from 10-11AM. -The 2020 Open begins in 4 weeks! We will run 20.1 on Saturday, October 12th. Be sure to sign up online HERE or for the IN HOUSE OPEN.
