Do you notice all of commercials for medicine that deal with anxiety and depression.  It seem like in the past few years they have really increased.  People are under a lot of pressure.  The past few years for many have been extremely hard.  Everyone keeps waiting for the economy to get better, but no one really knows when or if it will fully recover.

In all these unknown there is one known, God.  Do we have faith that God can handle our problems?  It is hard to trust that everything will be ok when all signs are negative.  Cast your cares on Him.  God is real and he can handle our problems better than we can.

“Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.  Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.  Be self-controlled and alert.  Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.  Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings.
And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.  To him be the power for ever and ever.  Amen.

1 Peter 5:6-11
