Schedule:
-Saturday, August 31st we will run the Saved by the Barbell workout at 9AM. There will not be a barbell class at 10AM on August 31st.
-Labor Day Schedule: Monday, September 2nd we will run 2 morning classes at 6AM and 9AM.
