17:28 I agree, great day. We will try to get another swim WOD before the summer is over. Maybe pool volleyball and then eat as much food from the grill as possible in 120 minutes.

Finished 8 rounds of 10 KB (2 rounds 35lbs, 6 rounds 26lbs) 20 De-load push ups and 30 air squats…..20 minutes
