CrossFit Games Women’s Event 1 Beach WOD-Demo

All WOD’s today will be performed at Cherokee Hill’s Golf Course at regularly scheduled afternoon WOD times.

Monday Schedule: There will be no 9:00am WOD today.  Resume regular schedule on Wednesday.

    17:28 I agree, great day. We will try to get another swim WOD before the summer is over. Maybe pool volleyball and then eat as much food from the grill as possible in 120 minutes.

    So Eric did not have to call 911….
    Finished 8 rounds of 10 KB (2 rounds 35lbs, 6 rounds 26lbs) 20 De-load push ups and 30 air squats…..20 minutes
