  1. SWOD – 9 Rounds of 5 Banded DL (135/Red Band) + 15 AMSU
    WOD – 10 Rounds of 200M Row (sub 42 sec.), Rest 1 min. between rounds.
    3 Penalties (10 KB Swings (53) for all rounds above 42 sec.)

  2. SWOD 75 lbs
    WOD …I messed up counting at the end 🙁
    12 full + 5+10+6
    Or 11 full and those extra??? Oh well.
