30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches (75/55)

Compare to 3.19.11

Rest 2 minutes post WOD then complete as many muscle ups in 3 minutes as possible.

Post rounds and reps completed and total muscle ups to comments.

    Warm Up: stretching + 2 x Jog 400M

    WOD: 6 x 400M run/sprint + 15 situps (rest while one another runs)

  2. 5 full rounds + 60 singles + 2 PS
    30 chin ups
    Push Press: 135/155/165/175(f on 2nd rep)/175(f on 2nd rep)/170(f on 2nd rep)/165
