    Wod 135lbs (after round 5 cut some burpees every other round) ouch

    Row 500M 1:38 (Pre-WOD)

  2. Clean – 155 PR for me. Getting a little better very week.
    WOD 105 skipped several burpees.. And a few cleans after set 6 or 7

  3. Clean @ 185 (PR) decent, then 195 (PR) ugly
    WOD @ 135 (last 4 rounds only got 3 Cleans)
    Probably should have just taken a round off for R&R.

  4. All subs today…
    SWOD – DL 5×3 at 275 + chains
    WOD – Every 2 min for 10 min – Row 250M, 12 KB swings (35KB)
    Bonus – 3×12 V-ups, 3×12 Back Extensions

  5. PC 125 x1 failed on 2nd attempt (PR)

    WOD 90 dropped to 85 3rd RD (6-12 RDS only 3-4 BURPEES /PC each time)
