Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters,   since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.~Colossians 3:23-24

  1. Thank everyone so much for your support and encouragement leading up to and during the Mid-Atlantic regional competition. Thank you for your participation in the fundraisers that helped with travel expenses as well as all the kind words of encouragement that were sent our way throughout the entire weekend. Every time I looked at my phone I had a message from someone wishing us good luck or asking how everything was going. Also, thank you to the ones that made the trip to D.C. to cheer us on. It was nice to look around and see some familiar faces. The weekend was exciting and an experience I will never forget. I am thankful for the privilege and opportunity I had to compete in the competition and represent you guys and our entire CFM family. Thank you again for your support and encouragement to our entire regional team.

  2. Welcome home and a big Thank You!! Zach and the entire team for your willingness to train hard, travel and represent us so very well!! We are so proud of you guys and what you accomplished this season! It took a lot of blood, sweat, pain, etc. to get where you guys are and I really admire you all…

Another big Thank You to Ray for dragging his tired, battered body out of bed to coach the 545am class!!

I would like to thank everyone for the support before and during the Regional competition. The love and support shown before the event was a blessing, but the emails and text messages praying for us during the event was overwhelming.
Thank you to those who supported the team at the event. It was nice to see you during the events (while I was gasping for air) and even though I couldn’t hear a thing while competing(literally Erik was hanging over the fence yelling my name and I didn’t hear him!), it was encouraging.
Thank you to those back home, who were following the team results online and cheering for us.
We are truly small but mighty! Thank you

  6. Thank you CFM! We had a great time competing and representing our tremendous CFM family. Thank you for all of the texts and encouragement over the weekend and the past several months. You all are great people and great friends to workout with each and every day. We are truly blessed at our gym with people who really care about each other. It was an honor to represent CFM. And Erik really does smile…..even got a hug this weekend!

  7. Congratulations! The team did great this weekend!
