  1. 42:06 Thank you to all the service men and women, past and present, for all your sacrifices. I take much for granted.

  2. I still owe Glen 30 more burpees, even though Zack helped finish to 100 past the time cap. With being in the Navy and almost going to SEAL training I owe him everything and more. I am proud to have done my small part in serving our great country during Desert Storm but that is nothing to making the ultimate sacrifice. I will give my 30 burpees ASAP.

  3. 45:36 (20 clean/jerks @65 lbs, 10 @ 55 lbs, 60 an mat sit-ups, 100 burpees). First ever hero wod. Thanks for what you said prior to wod Eric! It was motivating but also a great reminder of how blessed we are because of those who serve and those that gave all. Happy Memorial Day!

  4. 57:15 (95lb/AMSU) I also owe Glen 35 burpees – will make them up ASAP (thanks Erik for the help). Thank you Randy, and all our veterans for your service and sacrifice.

  5. 52:06 115lbs, KTE Finished it all!

I hate BURPEES and would never do 100 for just anybody or no reason. I wanted to quit @ 10, 20,….but I kept thinking of you guys. Thanks Glen, John Johnson, Randy, Nate, and all you other guys who put life on hold and went off to serve your country. To keep us free and rid the world of depots and tyrants. You are all my heros! I am eternally grateful. And sore for days…..

  6. 46:07 (95lbs/KTE)
Thank you to ALL those who have served, are serving, and will serve. So many times, we forget about the sacrifice these men and women give each day! Feeling blessed and grateful!!

  7. So they say the hottest time during the day is between 3-4 – so what time do I decide to run a 5K – Yup 4pm – lights not all on today.

  8. Late entry/. 46:10. 65lbs, 60 ab mats, split BURPEES! Thank you Glen Doherty and all who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and those who continue to serve!!
